Shipping Policy

SHIPPING TIMES

Turnaround times (TAT) is the time it will take for your order to ship out, not the time in which you will receive your order.

Domestic shipping time for First Class Mail is 2-5 business days, Priority Mail is 1-3 business days, and Priority Express is 1-2 business days. This is the time it should take once your order is out of pre-shipment and has been reciever and accepted by the shipping provider.

International shipping times vary.

Please remember that weather and certain holidays can affect the status of your order.

Regarding current USPS shipping delays due to COVID19: Keep in mind that USPS is also experiencing their own delays. This is out of our control.

MODIFYING AN ORDER

Due to high order volume we are unable to modify orders at this time. We cannot guarantee we can meet any requests to change incorrect addresses. Order changes leave excessive room for error and cause significant shipping delays. In some cases we may be able to cancel an order prior to processing to allow you to place a new, correct order.

MERGING ORDERS

This will occasionally be done as a courtesy, but requests cannot always be met. During high volume times, we do not merge orders due to high probability for error when doing so, unless otherwise stated or offered.

DELAYED/LOST PACKAGES

Once the item has been processed and leaves our hands, it is at the mercy of the mail carrier. Please remember that weather and certain holidays can affect the status of your order.

If you have purchased Route Shipping Insurance and encounter lost or delayed packages, follow the instructions in the email provided by them for best resolution.

If not, we would suggest contacting USPS with the tracking label on your receipt so that they can help rectify the situation if necessary.

STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for mail that has been marked as delivered but may be lost or has been stolen. If you have purchased Route Shipping Insurance and encounter stolen packages, follow the instructions in the email provided by them for best resolution.

If not, you would have to rectify this with the mail carrier by contacting them directly.
