RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We will gladly accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. There are no exceptions beyond 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unwashed, unworn, and with original tags attached. Once washed or warn we are not responsible for any damages.
To complete your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or reach out to use via our contact page with your order number and reason for return. Shipping cost is the responsible of the customer and any shipping fees associated with your order are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be returned in the form of store credit only.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Unfortunately, due to most of our items being limited edition, we cannot guarantee that the style or size will be in stock by the time we receive your exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
