WHY DO SOME OF YOUR TEES VARY IN SIZING FROM COLLECTION TO COLLECTION?

We are constantly trying to improve our products.  We do our best to bring you the latest styles, highest quality fabrics, and unique colors.  Because of this, you will notice variable sizing and fabric between collections at times. We hope you understand our commitment to quality and our product development process. For the most accurate sizing information, you can view either a size chart or sizing suggestions under the "sizing" section of each specific product.

HOW CAN I CARE FOR MY TEES?

We recommend washing on a cold setting inside out with like colors and tumble drying on low. Please pay mind to the special care instructions on each item description page.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

All orders may be canceled if we receive notice within 24 hours of your purchase, as long as they have not yet been processed. Once processed, orders cannot be cancelled. In some cases, orders process prior to this 24 hour window, therefore it is best to get in touch with us right away for any cancellations.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

We do not accept changes once orders are placed. Unfortunately changes to orders leaves room for inventory miscounts and errors in shipping. If you need to, contact us to cancel an order as per our cancellation policy above, and then place a new order.

HOW LONG IS YOUR TURN AROUND?

Most of our apparel is currently made to order and takes two weeks to make. Otherwise, in-stock items will ship within 5 business days, usually sooner. Any items with longer turn around times, such as preordered items, will be indicated in the item description.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We ship to USA and Canada.  International shipping costs are calculated at check out.

IF I PLACE MULTIPLE ORDERS WILL YOU COMBINE SHIPPING?

We will do our best to combine orders, but do not guarantee orders placed close together in time will ship together. Shipping is weight based, therefore if we do combine an order- you will be refunded the DIFFERENCE in shipping costs.

We want you to have an enjoyable shopping experience with us. If you have any problems with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email at info@shopkindkidsclub.com within 5-7 days of receiving your order and we will find a way to make it right. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to respond.

Please know that variances in sizing and color between releases and items are possible due to the handmade nature of our items and our using multiple suppliers. Model photos are shown when able to avoid size issues, but we realize incorrect size selection does happen. When able, we are happy to exchange a size. If you are unsure of the size you need, please consider sizing up for longer wear. Due to the handmade and seasonal nature of our items, we do not accept returns due to change of mind. 

 

INCORRECT ORDERS

We try our best to make sure items arrive correctly and safely, but sometimes mistakes happen in fulfillment. Please contact us at info@shopkindkidsclub.com with the subject heading "INCORRECT ORDER", providing your order number and any pertinent info and we will make things right for you.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We do our best to fix errors on our part! Please contact us at info@shopkindkidsclub.com with the subject heading "DEFECTIVE ITEM" and your order number if this happens. 

We reserve the right to refuse your damage report pending the photos received.
