SHIPPING TIMES

Turnaround times (TAT) is the time it will take for your order to ship out, not the time in which you will receive your order.

Domestic shipping time for First Class Mail is 2-5 business days, Priority Mail is 1-3 business days, and Priority Express is 1-2 business days. This is the time it should take once your order is out of pre-shipment and has been shipped. 

International shipping times vary.

Please remember that weather and certain holidays can affect the status of your order. 

Regarding current USPS shipping delays due to COVID19: Keep in mind that USPS is also experiencing their own delays. If you are unaware of what's going on with the USPS, please Google and take action.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Unfortunately, once an item is marked shipped and leaves our hands, that means the label for the address input at checkout has been purchased already and is on its way to the post office, and we’re not able to recover it. 

The next step you can take is to contact your local post office or visit their website to see if a package intercept is possible. Take your tracking number located on your receipt you were emailed after purchase and contact the USPS immediately. Please keep in mind that we are not affiliated with the USPS in any way and can find out no more information for you than what is shown on your tracking information.

DELAYED/LOST PACKAGES

Once the item has been processed and leaves our hands, it is at the mercy of the mail carrier. Please remember that weather and certain holidays can affect the status of your order. 

If you have purchased Route Shipping Insurance and encounter lost or delayed packages, follow the instructions in the email provided by them for best resolution.

If not, we would suggest contacting USPS with the tracking label on your receipt so that they can help rectify the situation if necessary. We are not responsible for contacting USPS regarding your order.

STOLEN PACKAGES

Ultimately, we are not responsible for mail that has been marked as delivered but may be lost or has been stolen. We cannot refund or replace items that have been marked as delivered by the mail carrier.

If you have purchased Route Shipping Insurance and encounter stolen packages, follow the instructions in the email provided by them for best resolution.

If not, you would have to rectify this with the mail carrier by contacting them directly.

REFUNDS

We will gladly accept returns for store credit within 5 days of delivery. There are no exceptions beyond 5 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unwashed, unworn, and with original tags attached. Once washed or warn we are not responsible for any damages.

To complete your return, please contact us via our contact page with the subject "RETURN" and include your order number and reason for return in the body of the email.  Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and any shipping fees associated with your order are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be returned in the form of store credit only. 

For item exchanges, due to most of our items being limited edition, we cannot guarantee that the style or size will be in stock by the time we receive your exchange. 


Sale and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns are not accepted for custom and digital items due to the nature of the product. 

INCORRECT ORDERS

We try our best to make sure items arrive correctly and safely, but sometimes mistakes happen in packaging. What can I say? We're human.

Please contact us via the contact page with the subject heading "INCORRECT ORDER" and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please contact us via the contact page with the subject heading "DEFECTIVE ITEMS" and we will do our best to resolve the problem. You will be required to send photos to demonstrate the damage.

Unfortunately, due to most of our items being limited edition, we cannot guarantee that the style or size will be in stock by the time we receive your item. 

We reserve the right to refuse your damage report pending the photos received. 

PREORDER POLICY

Most items on our site are in-stock items unless otherwise noted.  Preordered items will be clearly marked in both the title and description of the item.

Turn around is 2-3 weeks to ship for all preordered items unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Some items may ship sooner based on available on hand stock and production times.

Due to the made-to-order nature of preordered items, some fluctuations in shipment times can occur. In the event that delays occur, we will notify you via email. Please note, preordered items cannot be cancelled and will need to be refunded for store credit. 

Any items placed in an order that contains a preordered item will be shipping along with the preorder. If you'd like your non-preordered items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

ORDER CHANGES

We do not accept changes once orders are placed. Unfortunately changes to orders leaves room for inventory miscounts and errors in shipping. If you need to, contact us to cancel an order as per our cancellation policy above, and then place a new order.

QUALITY CONTROL

Our tees are custom cut + sewn in small batches here in the USA using 100% organic cotton. Because of this process, you may notice small threads at seams. This is normal and does not effect the integrity of the tee. Tees are then custom dyed. During this process, tees are put through a dye cycle which creates our lived-in, vintage look- you may notice slight pilling or excess residue on tees which will come off in the wash because of this process. Once dyed, our tees go to print. All tees are screen printed by Kind Kids Club's husband counterpart, Justin here in Buffalo, NY! 

We put a lot of love into our products from start to finish and we hope that we can help you look cute while you make memories from the mundane moments! 

Please note, our tees undergo numerous quality control processes but on occasion we do miss things. Please contact us immediately if you notice an imperfection not mentioned above in your tees.
