Preorder Policy

PREORDER POLICY

Most items on our site are in-stock items unless otherwise noted.  Preordered items will be clearly marked in both the title and description of the item.

Preorder items may not be cancelled or modified once placed, as they are made to order. 

Turn around times for preorder items vary based on several factors. Please refer to the individual product listing for turn around times. Some items may ship sooner based on available on hand stock and production times.

Due to the made-to-order nature of preordered items, some fluctuations in shipment times can occur. In the event that delays occur, announcements will be made on social media. Please note, preordered items cannot be cancelled or modified. 

Any items placed in an order that contains a preordered item will be shipping along with the preorder. If you'd like your non-preordered items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
